PentaHact is now Adepta

PentaHact, a charity with 3 care homes in St Albans, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems, has changed its name to Adepta.

There are two facilities in Bricket Wood: Smug Oak House, a purpose built home in Smug Oak Lane and located adjacent to the Parish Council Centre in Bricket Wood

The Charity hopes that the name indicates its values of being adept, able and adaptable.

Cedric Fredrick, chief executive of Adepta, said: "Adepta as our name will allow our organisation to face the future with confidence."

"We believe that people will be encouraged to take a new look at us and at what we do."

"We hope this will lead to new requests for our services and to opportunities for us to work in new geographical areas."

More information can be obtained from the Adepta website or by calling 020 8343 8897.
